Online casino & online sports betting (RGD): complete RGD application in person, or notarize and email [email protected] / mail to MGCB Responsible Gaming, 3062 W Grand Blvd, Suite L-700, Detroit, MI 48202.
   • Terms: DPL: may request removal after 5 years. RGD: choose 1 or 5 years for internet gaming and/or internet sports betting; auto-removes when term ends.
   • Coverage: DPL = Detroit commercial casinos. RGD = online casino gaming and/or online sports betting. Many people need both.
