Featured state listing: logo, short description, contact, website — priority placement in that state’s featured slot

Flat fees only. No pay-per-lead, no per-patient, no revenue share on care. Affiliate links on the public site (when used) are limited to recovery tools — blockers, budgeting aids, and the owner’s book — never treatment “brokering.”
